Let me introduce myself, I’m Elena.

General health psychologist specialized in humanistic and integrative therapy. I help people who feel they live with anxiety, on autopilot, disconnected from themselves, afraid of making mistakes or not being enough, so they stop carrying everything alone and begin to listen to themselves, take care of themselves, and reconnect with who they are.

My way of working is based on creating a warm and non-judgmental bond, where words, emotions, and the body find a place to be heard and transformed. I deeply believe that we are not what has happened to us, but what we can do with it when we have a space to look at it and hold it.
