“Therapy is a place to hold what weighs you down, discover what hurts, and learn to look at yourself with more love.”

Start now

There are moments in life when we may feel lost, overwhelmed, or trapped in relationships or situations that harm us. It can be hard to make decisions, constant anxiety may arise, or the feeling that nothing we do is enough.

In those moments, therapy can be a space to rest inwardly, stop carrying the burden alone, and begin to listen to yourself with more kindness. It’s not about changing you, but about supporting you to understand yourself, feel yourself, and treat yourself with more respect, dignity, and tenderness.

I accompany you in this process from an integrative approach, in a warm and non-judgmental space where emotion, body, and words intertwine to help you reconnect with yourself.

Cases I support

Throughout my experience, I have supported people who felt:

  • Overwhelmed by anxiety or with their minds constantly on high alert.
  • Unable to set boundaries or prioritize themselves without feeling guilty.
  • Small, inadequate, or constantly afraid of disappointing others.
  • Trapped in relationships that harmed them or with emotional dependency.
  • With excessive self-demand, feeling that nothing is ever enough.
  • Lost during moments of breakup, grief, or significant life changes.
  • With physical discomfort linked to unexpressed emotions.
  • Emotionally exhausted during motherhood or postpartum, seeking support and understanding.

Experiences of those who trusted me

“Hacía tiempo que quería volver a terapia… ese vaivén emocional, esos límites que no se respetan, una separación con un bebé de por medio… Así llegué a Elena: con ganas de coger las riendas de mi vida y ser responsable de lo bueno o lo malo que me pase. Después de casi tres años puedo decir que este proceso está dando sus frutos. Elena no está ahí para juzgarte, sino para escucharte...”
E.
“The sessions with Elena were a breath of fresh air for me. I learned to manage anxiety, sleep better, and see life more clearly. Today I’m a new person—stable and calm. Very grateful for her dedication from the very first moment.”
L.
“After the stress of COVID and other problems, I started therapy with Elena and she was a light in a very difficult time for me. I learned to set boundaries, be more flexible with myself, speak to myself more kindly, and change relationships that weren’t healthy. During postpartum, I returned to therapy and she helped me reconnect with myself, my partner, and my baby. I will always be grateful to her.”
M.
“I came to therapy without even knowing what was happening to me. With Elena, I felt heard and understood. I learned to understand my body, my emotions, and how to manage them with real tools. Today I’m doing much better, and I know that a big part of it is thanks to her way of supporting me: warm, patient, and non-judgmental.”
J.
“To me, Elena is synonymous with calm, empathy, and honesty. Thanks to her, I understood that there is nothing wrong with being yourself, and I learned to treat myself with dignity. I will always recommend her support.”

Modalities

In-person individual therapy

Face-to-face sessions in a warm and confidential environment. Here, you can talk about what weighs you down the most, learn to manage anxiety, recognize your needs, and take steps toward the life you truly want to live.

Online individual therapy

If you prefer or need to work from home, online therapy maintains the closeness and quality of a safe space, without distance barriers. A convenient option to take care of yourself, wherever you are.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am, then I can change.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can write to me by email or WhatsApp, briefly telling me what you need and when we could talk for a few minutes. We will have a first call of about 15-20 minutes, free of charge and without obligation, where you can share your concerns, ask questions, and see if you feel comfortable with my way of supporting you.

If you decide to start, we will set a day and time to meet either in person or online, depending on what you need or prefer.

During the process, we will calmly explore what is happening inside, what you need, and which parts of your story or patterns are sustaining your discomfort. Through words, body, and emotion, we will work on unlocking what hurts, reconnecting with yourself, and creating new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Each process is unique. Sometimes change is deeper and slower, other times it is noticeable in subtle details that transform everything. What matters is that I will accompany you with attentive listening, without judgment, and with respect for your pace.

Sessions last approximately 50-55 minutes, and everything you share will be treated with absolute confidentiality, with care and respect for your story.

The recommended frequency is usually one session per week, especially at the beginning of the process. This allows for creating a consistent, safe, and deep space to support whatever arises.

As we progress, we can evaluate together whether it makes sense to space out sessions more or adapt them to your needs. Each process is unique, so we will adjust the pace respecting your moment, your story, and your emotional energy.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom to ask for help. If you feel that something inside you weighs you down, confuses you, or is hard to carry alone, therapy can be a space to begin looking at it with calm and support.

Some people come with anxiety, others with a feeling of emptiness or painful relationships. Sometimes there isn’t a clear cause, just the desire to understand themselves better or live with more calm.

If you’re asking yourself this question, there’s probably already something inside you that wants to be heard. And that, by itself, is reason enough to start this journey.

No. But many health insurance providers in Spain offer partial or full reimbursement for psychological therapy sessions. I recommend checking with your company to see if it is covered.

If any of this resonates with you, I would be happy to listen and support you.
