There are moments in life when we may feel lost, overwhelmed, or trapped in relationships or situations that harm us. It can be hard to make decisions, constant anxiety may arise, or the feeling that nothing we do is enough.
In those moments, therapy can be a space to rest inwardly, stop carrying the burden alone, and begin to listen to yourself with more kindness. It’s not about changing you, but about supporting you to understand yourself, feel yourself, and treat yourself with more respect, dignity, and tenderness.
I accompany you in this process from an integrative approach, in a warm and non-judgmental space where emotion, body, and words intertwine to help you reconnect with yourself.
Throughout my experience, I have supported people who felt:

You can write to me by email or WhatsApp, briefly telling me what you need and when we could talk for a few minutes. We will have a first call of about 15-20 minutes, free of charge and without obligation, where you can share your concerns, ask questions, and see if you feel comfortable with my way of supporting you.
If you decide to start, we will set a day and time to meet either in person or online, depending on what you need or prefer.
During the process, we will calmly explore what is happening inside, what you need, and which parts of your story or patterns are sustaining your discomfort. Through words, body, and emotion, we will work on unlocking what hurts, reconnecting with yourself, and creating new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Each process is unique. Sometimes change is deeper and slower, other times it is noticeable in subtle details that transform everything. What matters is that I will accompany you with attentive listening, without judgment, and with respect for your pace.
Sessions last approximately 50-55 minutes, and everything you share will be treated with absolute confidentiality, with care and respect for your story.
The recommended frequency is usually one session per week, especially at the beginning of the process. This allows for creating a consistent, safe, and deep space to support whatever arises.
As we progress, we can evaluate together whether it makes sense to space out sessions more or adapt them to your needs. Each process is unique, so we will adjust the pace respecting your moment, your story, and your emotional energy.
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to ask for help. If you feel that something inside you weighs you down, confuses you, or is hard to carry alone, therapy can be a space to begin looking at it with calm and support.
Some people come with anxiety, others with a feeling of emptiness or painful relationships. Sometimes there isn’t a clear cause, just the desire to understand themselves better or live with more calm.
If you’re asking yourself this question, there’s probably already something inside you that wants to be heard. And that, by itself, is reason enough to start this journey.
No. But many health insurance providers in Spain offer partial or full reimbursement for psychological therapy sessions. I recommend checking with your company to see if it is covered.
